SAVE THE BALLOT INITIATIVE!

HJR79 has passed the House and needs to be killed in the

Senate Local Government and Elections Committee.

This bill would make it a requirement that a ballot

initiative must have 66.6% to pass. Read the summary at

Please call or email Senator Caleb Rowden and ask him to

leave the ballot initiative process alone. Request that he

not bring this bill up for a vote, or vote against it.
